The brief
Marisol's customers are designers, writers and developers who invoice clients. The app was built for people who trade stocks.

What we did
We rebuilt the home screen around a single number: what you can spend after tax. Everything else is one tap away.
A shared design system of 64 components now covers the iOS app, Android app and web dashboard.
Every error message was rewritten to say what happened, why, and what to do next.

Outcome
Support tickets per active user fell 28% in the quarter after launch, and the tax-reserve feature became the most-used screen in the app.
